Had dinner with my very good friends Kelly and Lori this evening at PFChangs. I am so blessed to have these beautiful women in my life!


Also, yesterday morning at the beginning of my bike ride at 6:25am, I came across a fox on the corner of an intersection. So I slowed down and stopped expecting him/her to run away immediately. But he didnt. Then I saw that he was busy chowing down on some poor rodent or something and had no intention of leaving. So he continued to rip his rodent apart, not caring about the cars going by, or me standing there watching. He was so beautiful! I watched for about 5 mins and then he finished and trotted across the street and into somebodys yard. Normally you see a fox for about 5 seconds before they disappear so this was a wonderful event. And yet another reason why I exercise in the early morning. This Mother Nature stuff doesnt happen at 6pm.
